Give your answer to this question below!

one bug per trap would be sufficent
Someone in Home & Garden might know better than we science peeps.
Well wen you watter it dont use tap watter as this may contain enough salt to cause damage use distilled water from the grocery store. Pour in enough water to make the mixture wet, but not quite soggy. Feed it a bug no more often than once or twice a month. If its in a terrerium it wont need to be feed bugs ever actuly… But that takes the fun out…:)
One a week should be fine no more than that.
it takes 1 week to digest a (1)bug
regarding watering i know very well that always prefer soft water ( rain water)
venus fly traps are sensitive to lime
if rain water is not available then use didstilled water
over watering does not harm
Here is a resource I use for carrying for Carnivorous Plants:
The thing to remember about Venus Fly Traps is they are native to the sandy hills of Eastern North Carolina. They grow in nutrient poor bogs of the sandhill.
If your growing them in pots outside, be sure to keep them in sandier soil and water often during the summer. If your keeping them indoors, you shouldn’t need to water them too often.
