What time do bed bugs come out ?

The person who rented out the flat before did not complain about any bed bugs. I have agreed to pay the fumigation costs but my tennants want compensation for ‘emotional trauma’. What is my legal position?? HELP PLEASE!!

Posted by: | CommentsMy Garden (Scotland) has been infested with bugs – they are huge flying black things with long dangling legs – what could they be and how do i get rid of them? – they are like a huge fly but with long dangling legs and a long thing on the bum which looks like a sting but i dont think it actually is.

its about 4cm or 1.5inches long
