Do You Know The Name And How To Control This Household Pest?

i call them sprickets.looks to have a large spider body w/ grasshopper-like legs. light brown w/ blacks dots.can jump 2-3 feet. seem to be seasonal pest(oct.-jan).they kind of look like feeder crickets but,10 times the size.i have tried commom house exterminator pest control but, so far nothing has worked.i’m trying to avoid costly( professional)extermination fees.
