Here are my characters so far. Please comment!

1. Matt Olsen
Matt can tell the future. He can see larger pieces of it in his dreams, but sometimes had little flashes of what is to come in a few seconds. He’s always calm, very intelegent, but not a very good fighter. He usually gets out of situations using his wits and large slices of luck. He has short muddy-brown hair, tan skin, and amber eyes.

2. Incendia “Ink” (no last name yet)
Ink is a spunky, carefree dirty-blonde haired girl with a goofy attitude. Her power is fire. She usually gets out of situations using the wierdest possible plan. While being attacked by a tiger at a grocery store (long story), she knocked over the shelves of meat on it. Her only problem is her sarcasticness, which she uses in every situation, and which sometimes gets her into trouble. She has tannish-red skin and sky-blue eyes.

3. Hunter Aaron
Hunter can turn into a tiger (he attacked Ink at the grocery store). He’s one of the strongest assets of the A.T.G. He has shaggy black hair, pale skin, and bright orange eyes (relating to his tiger form). His flaws are that he always blames things on himself, and he never shares anything, even secrets that could be valuable to the A.T.G.

4. Kate Wellwater
Kate is the leader of the A.T.G. She can control cold, like ice and snow. Her long, sliver-dyed hair is always drawn back in a ponytail, sotrmy grey eyes, and she has pale skin. She’s always the man (in this case, woman) with a plan, and can be trusted whenever. Her problem is that she never uses smarts, more action, and that doesn’t always work.

5. Riya Polke
Riya sings. When she sings, she can make things happen like magic, but not big things. Only smaller things, like persaution or cooking. She has curly brown hair, a round baby face, and white-pinkish skin and hazel eyes. Though she’s very kind and sweet, she’s always the damsel in distress, and is in toruble most of the book, for she isn’t a very good fighter and isn’t very smart.

6. Cada Roland
Cada can talk to animals. He’s very shy and quiet, and never talks unless forced to. Many think he’s mute, though he’s not. He hates large crowds and would rather be solitary in the forest, speaking with the animals that live there. He has shaggy dirty-blonde hair, very tan skin, a thin build, and creamy-brown eyes. He always has a stray Golden Retreiver mutt withe him, named Goldfish.

7. Luke Whitson
Luke can bring things to life. Not like the dead, like toys or giant statues, or balloon animals. He’s very funny and quite the actor, a bit similar to Ink, but unlike her he never likes to be in charge. He has fiery red hair that spikes up like grass, pale skin, and blue-green eyes. His problem is that he always want to be the center of attention and all his plans involve him being the distraction.

8. Kimberly Peters
Kimberly can control plants. She can make them grow and shrink and catch and attack and move, things like that. She has white-blonde hair always tucked into a bun. Her flaw is that she’s a bit of a show-off and sometimes kind of bossy.

LAST BUT AWESOMEST: 9. Maxwell “Pigeon” Aaron
Pigeon is Hunter’s brother, so they have similar Powers. Pigeon’s name has little to do with his ability, which is turning into a falcon, but is preffered to be called it. He’s very mysterious and secretive and never talks. He always wears a black hoodie. He has shaggy black hair and pale skin like his brother’s, but emerald green eyes instead of orange ones. His problem is that he never does anything of importance except on missions, like being the lookout, bait, of fighter.
Just gotta add some things to my “wonderful” Gary and Mary Stu loving pals.

For one, there’s really not 9 characters to work with. There’s two main one, Matt and Ink, and it swtiched there points of view.

SECONDLY, it is not gonna be a book like Superman where (no duh) he’s gonna save the world (AGAIN). I’m planning half the characters should get captured (yesssss) one or to should be killed (love it) and there’s gonna be a giant twist at the end (thinking it over…).

Wow, what a bunch of special little snowflakes. Exactly what everyone wants to read – MARY AND GARY STUS!

Okay, apparently I need to explain more for the people who obviously don’t understand. You make your characters overly special. Most have X-Men-like powers and you center your story around how friggin special they are, that they OBVIOUSLY need to be cultivated by the government. And of course they’re going to rise up in win, especially in a world where “baking powers” and other lame powers (obviously the writer never eaten any awesome cake or brownie) don’t exactly stop them. It’s like “The Boys” worst nightmare. And of course they’re Mary and Gary Sues/Stus because you purposefully make them special and a plot where of course they’re going to win. It’s not interesting – it’s boring. The only other cliche you could throw in there is that they’re all under the age of eighteen and then there’s just another “adults are stupid, kids save the world” book that doesn’t need to be read or written.
Just as point for the person who took the obvious route of “the meanies are just jealous”, I’d be jealous if this were actually good, unique, or original and the writer seemed to actually be good. They asked what we thought of the characters, we stated what we thought. They invited all forms of critique and they are not small enough for you to go emotionally change their diaper.

So, the decks I’m considering buying are Invincible Fortress or Dark Emperor.

If I choose Invincible fortress I would ask advice to turn it into a great deck because i see it has a lot of potential.

The point on this question go to the person who answers the following question objectives:

1 – Choose a Deck for me to buy.

2 – Reccomend any single cards for me to change the deck.

3 – Do not say dumb things.

4 – You can change the main structure of the deck as long as at lest 1/3 of the cards are included there.

5 – Remember I can buy singles but I can’t spend more than 45 dollars so do not say stupid stuff like “Buy three of them”.

6 – If you think the deck gets better by adding the strong cards again to it, reccomend me sthe strong single cards, not the whole deck three times.

7 – Your answer should tell the mods to the deck and the new strategy.

Also, dont include forbidden cards because I’m thinking of using it for competition.

They came a sprayed just before we left for Christmas break. We super cleaned our apartment, especially well where we kept seeing the ants. Then we left and the apartment was empty for a month. We came back in January and there weren’t very many ants at first. Within two days, there were the same amount as before. I’m not sure if we just didn’t see them at first, or if they came back because we did.

I don’t even know what kinds of ants they are. My mom says piss ants. My friend said sugar ants. The maintenance man who sprayed said ghost ants. Only half the time can you feel them crawling on you if one gets on your arm or something. They are itty bitty tiny things, black as far as I can tell. They don’t go for our food at all: not cereal or chocolate. But they attack dirty plates in the sink, the dishwasher, the clean and empty sink, and pizza we leave out if we order delivery. They haven’t bitten us either.

Every day we’re killing dozens of ants with paper towels, bits of paper, body spray, cleaners, water, our own hands and pretty much anything else we can think to use at the moment as we see them. Now we’re seeing them on our desks and behind the couch.

How can we get rid of these ants? If the spray our apartment complex uses and Raid don’t work, and keeping the place clean isn’t helping any? And what kinds of ants are they?
