benadryl, calamine lotion, cortisone, and anything with and anti histamine
It depends on the insect and whether or not you are having an allergic reaction.
If you are not having a reaction, like swelling, itching, etc, then a simple antibiotic ointment or if it is actually in your eye, an eye drop. They are available at just about all drug stores or mass merchandisers.
If you are having a reaction, take a benedryl. And also the topical antibiotic.
It will also depend on the insect. You would treat a spider bite differently than a bee sting.
