Is Tmc Doing Their Duty – Control Of Mosquito Menace?
ByThere is heavy rains every where. Water clogging at several places. Is TMC doing their duty – control of mosquito controlmenace. What quantity should they spray? Who is taking care for these officers (not doing their duties) ?
