The other day I went to the mall, I walked into Hollister and was greeted by a worker who said “Hello there, we have a new fit in our jeans called (incoherent ramble).” I politely walked past her and went to the back of the store, to the clearance section. Where.. In any store really.. I do the majority of my shopping. As I moved through the over perfumed outlet store I noticed the advertisments on the walls. The extravagantly sexy clothing models and the crumpled artcles of clothing folding haphazardly on to the shelving. No prices to be seen until you further look at the Clothes and hunt down the price tag buried in the inseam by the waist sizing.
Finally, I emerged into the clearance section, hidden in the far corners of the store. Same exact clothing, just less cluttered styled and cultured.
This stimuli somehow triggered my brain into thinking “Hey, this is somehow going to work as a metaphor into a rant about relgion.” So here I am. typing to you on this vast social network because I want to hear your thoughts.

I am an athiest, but as of late, I have seen myself slowly flowing towards the thought of divinity and maybe that life is to complex to have simply started from two specks in infinate space colliding. Religion generally turns me off on a few simple but universal truths. Humans corrupt everything they touch and any form of religion has been touched.

Yet, is that a reason to believe My ancestors Tunneled through the ocean floor as a flat worm? Even if most life is the same on this planet, really only unlocking the true potential of a “carbon based” life system. There must be countless combinations to how life can evolve and we can’t possiably be the only way life thrives in the universe.

To put it simply, there are far too many variables in the equation. And there must be some form of control. Our existence thrives on the edge of chaos, by falling into chaos; violence and turmoil overtake everything. but falling off the otherside is nothing but peace and conservatism, nothing gets done and we stagnate and die. But how do we stay on this “edge of chaos” Nothing explains it.. except maybe.. the hand of a god or intellegient being holding us in place.

So, does that mean I’m going to attend church? and read the bible? No.

Humans pollute and adulterate everything they touch. Clouding the message with their own agendas and polluting the main idea. As seen in my trip to the hollister store, The overpricing and overadvertisment Did nothing but hide the true prize. The clearance section, free of human contamination.

And here comes my climax. Yes that’s right I’m going to completly Pwn The Bible.

The Bible is considered the “word of god”. and is uncoruptable. But, did God actually write these passages?
Of course he/she could of told the narrators (mathew, mark, luke, ect..) what to write. But, could the men who wrote this change it to their liking?

For instance. God is always refered to as a man. Why? Because the only scribes in biblical times were men, women were oppressed far longer than any minority. In the first chapter of the bible Genisis Women are the black sheep of existence, because they took the first bite of the tree of knowlege and seduced Adam into trying the fruit. What if God told the writer of genisis that Man not woman. Ate the fruit of knowledge. The man writing it could easily put his entire gender into a point of power by saying woman ruined our chances of existence in Eden and perfection.
Of course god could strike these men down if he wished. For corupting his word. But he could also strike down Adolf Hitler and stop him from killing 40 million jews, and that is probably not even close to the true number, Sorry. i’m not a statistical reference.
But my point remains, God doesnt kill his own creation, No true father (or mother) could. No matter the evil or vile things they do.
And even if corupting the bible would cause god to strike you down, What about the ENTIRE CATHOLIC CHURCH. The catholic bible leaves out several passages from the bible, can someone please explain to me why catholisism is the largest sect of christianity If god strikes down anyone who corrupts his holly word?

My point is, following the bible,

As of right now, I no longer claim to be an atheiest, or any other form of religion, I’m a good person, Who believes in intelligent design. I am not antichristian, or antimuslim, or anti anything. The world needs a universal and uncommercialized acceptance of a diety, and that being a good person on all fronts can warrant them eternal salvation regardless of what you call your god.

Also, on the idea of corrupt scripture, I was talking about the initial writing of the bible. If it could of been manipulated at it’s first writing, as well as over time.
