Carpenter Ants? Not sure seem to big.?
Posted by: | CommentsJust found two very large (1-1 1/4 inches) crawling around one in hallway one in living room on bare wood floors. Very large, black, slow / clumsy. Not what I have ever experienced as carpenter ants.. unless queen but why would there be two of those? Any clues – not finding any other suggestions for classification online.
how do you eliminate carpenter ants?

What causes Carpenter Ant infestation.?
Posted by: | CommentsThe house was otherwise fine, but now today, i saw hundreds on the interior walls, big ones small ones, crawling on the floor. One went into my mouth. This is a mysterious infestation as we had not had problems before, could the rain have brought them in?
I am scared because one i saw was huge and we have very high ceilings so spraying them is out of the question without destroying the walls. This is an upscale property that we are renting.
