I need help to gain weight. Please read.?
Posted by: | CommentsOK, this is the situation. I am 36 years old (and you all are the only people I have admitted that to!) 102 lbs, 5′6″. I have been this weight, for the most part, since I was 18 years old. The most I have every weighed, not including pregnancy, was 110 lbs. I want to gain about 10 lbs to look and feel healthier.
I have tried higher calorie diets and lost weight. My metabolism gets kicked into over-drive when I take on extra calories. I have had those horrible tasting high protein drinks and lost weight. I have tried to eat more meals during the day, to spred out the larger amount of calories and proteins and it hasn’t worked either. I have tried pretty much everything I can think of!
I also wanted to add, that I am extremely active. I own a pest control and lawn maintanence company, so I am outside in the heat (Florida) working every day. I end up walking about 5 miles a day, just doing my job. OK, I think that is about everything, so can anyone help?

Need help with white flies on Tomatoes?

The only evidence found at the scene was a white powder substance on the bottom of his coffee mug. Forensic scientists performed a flame test and discovered that the white powder compound was a type of poison. The poison was also found mixed into Mr. Neutrons sugar jar. Police have narrowed the suspects down to three people, Bill Bismuth, Ronda Radium, and Gilbert Gallium. Each of the three men was found with a white powder substance on them. Bill Bismuth was a co-worker of Mr. Neutron. Bill is known for his obsession with salt; he puts salt on everything, even his cereal. Mr. Bismuth and Mr. Neutron had been competing for the same promotion. Mr. Neutron was selected for the promotion and became the boss of Bill. Ever since Ned was promoted, Bill has held a grudge against him, which is known throughout the office.Ronda Radium works for the pest control. She is responsible for controlling the rodent problem at Ned Neutron’s office building. Ronda typically uses rat poison to exterminate the rodents. Ned is notorious for leaving crumbs throughout the office building since he often eats “on the run”. Ronda gets frustrated with Ned and blames the continuous rodent problem on him.Gilbert Gallium is Ned’s brother-in-law, but not by choice. Gilbert works in pharmaceuticals and is a sale representative for a major drug company. He works very hard for his money, putting many long hours into his job each day. Gilbert is jealous of Ned because Ned just sits in his office and eats all day. Yet, he still makes more money than Gilbert. Gilbert wishes he could have Ned’s fortune.
