Q&A: Has anyone ever used Massey termite services?

I bought a house that had a “termite bond” that the former owners didn’t renew. There are little green cylinders all around the house. The house is a brick, 2500 sq ft single story structure that is shaped pretty much square on the outside perimeter. I want to renew the bond but before they come out I would like to know approximately how much the monthly or yearly fee is (or both?) to continue the coverage. Terminix is advertising an “Ultimate Protection” for $ 34 a month…is Massey comparable? Also, I noticed with Terminix’s “Ultimate Protection” that there is a tiny little disclaimer that states that “drywood termites” are not covered. Why not? Is that unusual? Massey (online) appears to cover ALL termites. Can anyone help with these questions? Thanks.

Don’t know those companies but do know the situation. Do not fall for the Orange oil nonsense.
that stuff lasts about 6 months.
