….his mates are lurking about somewhere and are just as big, was it’s size a matter of breed or was this just a random rare case in the same way some people are seven feet tall?

Im in the UK so we don’t have any poisonous domestic spiders of our own but I won’t say the thing didnt drive me to laugh nervously, and im not keen on something like that crawling on my face when im asleep…

I don’t kill bugs as a rule so I just trapped it and put it outside but I didnt think to take it more than a meter away from my front door…is this thing likely to have looked for a way back in as soon as I put him out?
yeh…and thats coming from someone who calls themselves the Demon Ozzy…lol.

When I checked under my bed one day, I saw these black specks small as a crushed salt crystal. I knew adult beg bugs are about 3-4 mm, so I checked the crevices and corners of my bed, nothing. The last vacation I took was at least 6 months ago. Can someone tell me what is going on?

i would rather do it my self than to have pest control come out, because the people who rent from us seem to keep bringing them in, and it is so costly to keep paying a exterm. to come out.

When house-hunting, I heard that if a house has no spider webs in the basement or no signs of bug life, it can be a sign that the house has radon, as the spiders cannot survive because of the presence of radon. Is there any truth to this? We usually have some spiders in the house, especially during the winter, but we haven’t seen any spiders or bugs in the house all season. It doesn’t seem like there are any new webs in the basement. I know the simple answer would be to just get a radon detector… well, we have one, but getting my dad to actually find where he put it and then get it running is a huge matter in this crazy family! So, has anyone heard this about bugs and radon?
