If I’m Suspecting Roaches Are Hiding Out In My Pc Or Any Other Electronics, How Do I Get Them Out Of Those?

Caught a baby roach crawling out of my laptop. Paranoid about what if there’s any more in the bookbag I carry that laptop in. Of course, it would have to come from work because it’s been constantly infested with roaches and I bring my laptop there all the time. How do I kill roaches that may be also hiding in baggages and clothing without doing any damage to the fabrics? Is it still ok to use the bug spray? I already get the idea that roach populations tend to flourish if there’s a combination of heat and food lying around out in the open. Luckily, my household are usually neat-freaks.
