What Is A Good An Effective Way Of Getting Rid Of Roaches, Ants, And Spiders?

I know that mint herbs work well as does keeping your kitchen dry they love water and no crumbs work.
There is this flower starts with a Cythanthuim or something many pest control places have as a all natural pest control killer. By the way the flower I know I spelled it so far wrong that not even google could help lol. I had it sprayed once a year and it worked super well.
The site I am going to paste should help and have much more info than I do on the subjects.
I also know and it worked with me some people said it did not work so well but when I tried this it worked well.
Get dry whole rice that is not bleached or anything and uncooked and grind them up into small small grains and spinkle them in mid day and one on one with no rain suspected and when the ants eat it it will burst them apart once it swells. I dont suggest using it in your kitchen but outside.
Another thing that works for ants and roaches but mostly ants is that you get a plastic tube and fill it with sugar and water and place a soap barrier round the inside of the plastic above the water and make a small like bridge like a plastic fork leading into the bowl and they will be drawn to the sugar water and then can’t get out therefor they drown.
At Home Depot in the Garden Center they have these ants and spider traps that are non toxin but has a natural killer in it such as a type of flower essence i dont remember the name that works well.
