Home Depot definitely would have it. Sometimes you can find it at places like Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, etc.

Any plant nursery, or major building supply. Terro is the type of ants you have. Terro or sugar ants. It is basicly a sugar mixture that has poision mixed in it.
Now if you can find out where they are comming in I do not use that poision. I use Ortho Orthean Fire ant stop. It comes in an hr glass shapped bottle. It is a find powder and will float in the air so be careful that you do not breath it. Place it accross there path and it will kill them.
The Terro poision seems to take up to a week. The other stuff a few hrs.

at most larger supermarkets kmart, meijers, walmart in the cleaning aisle by pest sprays
